Privacy statement

The protection of your data and the safeguarding of your privacy are very important to us. Below you will find information about how we collect and use your personal data when you visit our website.

We only collect personal data (individual items of information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual) to the extent to which you make them available to us. We need to process and use your personal data in order to deal with your enquiries. If you place an order with us, we will store your personal data for the period permitted by law. Once this period has elapsed, however, they will be deleted unless you have consented to their continued processing and usage, e.g. for any additional orders.

When you visit our website, the web server, which we require in order to display our website, stores ‘log files’ as determined by the system. In accordance with the GDPR, these contain personal data, including – since 2018 – an IP address. The log files generated by the web server are used by us purely for security-related purposes and are never at any time combined with other data sources. Our web server is configured in such a way that the log files are deleted automatically once we are no longer legally entitled to store them.

You can take advantage of the features of our website using only those cookies which are required for technical reasons.
If you explicitly consent (opt in) to the use of external media (in our case, this refers only to Google Maps), then you will be connected to Google servers. Google may then store and process your personal data.
For information about how it handles data, you can read the company’s privacy statement at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

You are entitled to information about the data we store about you and to have such data deleted at any time.
